Our
Wholesale Foodservice Division ensures the finest in seafood and
seafood related products and guarantees customer satisfaction to
hotels, restaurants and institution accounts throughout North America.
We pride ourselves on being able to accommodate and customize seafood
programs to meet the needs of our clients, no matter how large or
small. Through hard work, we have consistently exceeded our client's
expectations on quality and service.

customized programs exist because we realize that every client's
needs are different and with our 5 point quality inspection program
we can customize and tailor any program to meet your company's specifications.
Fisherman's
Fleet's 5 Point Quality Inspection Program
- All
of our seafood is purchased only from boats we have selected over
the years that take extra care in the handling of their fish to
maintain only the highest in quality standards such as proper
icing, catching methods and time at sea.
- All
fish species are inspected by our buyers at the docks when unloaded.
- Once
fish is unloaded off our trucks and brought into our facilities,
it is checked for proper temperature controls and graded.
- All
fish is hand cut, never machine cut, and once it comes off the
cutting line it is graded once again before being packed.
- All
seafood is shipped and delivered to our local accounts within
4 to 6 hours from cutting to insure maximum quality standards.
Shipping accounts across the country will receive product within
24 to 32 hours from cutting state.
